This weekend turned out to be…interesting. At times relaxing, at times stressful, at times crazy, I don’t think any of us expected it to turn out the way it did. 

And although there was a bit of a mixup with the Greyhound tickets (the bus was overbooked) it turns out that bus travel is not only relaxing, but kind of fun. In fact, an entirely viable way to take a cross-country trip. The Harrison Hot Springs Resort and Spa was really nice, and they serve a decent afternoon tea. The hot springs themselves were very relaxing and although I didn`t make a spa appointment myself, I heard it was great (although I still contend that it is too expensive; see: http://www.harrisonresort.com/Spa-Treatments.aspx). Highly recommend it for a chill weekend with friends. The hotel gardens and the surrounding area were gorgeous. If it had been warmer, I would have totally jumped in the lake. 

Will this become an annual thing? Hmmm….
